Acrylux Premium X Cabinet Doors
The Premium X board is produced by bonding a 0.8mm thick sheet of acrylic onto a double-faced white melamine board with an MDF substrate. The finished thickness is 19mm, which is a similar thickness to other doors we manufacture. The color of the finished board is determined by the color of the Acrylic. The color range includes plain colors as well as metallic, which is a unique feature. The back of the board will always be white unless it is requested to finish both sides with a different color. The Premium X acrylics are known for their durability and resistance to UV fading and water damage.
While practically all gloss surfaces can scratch, with acrylic, light scratches can be buffed out by using Rally (acrylic enriched) car polish.
Premium X offers a near 100% reflection very similar to that of glass.
